RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  
  • All tags, invoices, and packaging are intact.  
  • Retain the original packaging until you are certain about your purchase.

Initiating a return is simple. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you can return an item using one of the following methods:

Refund Process – Clear and Prompt   
 

We value transparency and aim to make the refund process as straightforward as possible. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our quality standards, we will initiate the refund without delay. Here’s what you can expect:  

 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.  

 

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.   

Refund Eligibility Guidelines   
 

To ensure that we maintain the quality of our products, we can only offer refunds for items that are in their original, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.   

Non-Returnable Items   
 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Please take note of the following before making a purchase:  


Innerwear & Lingerie – For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.   
 

Swimwear & Activewear – Items that directly contact the skin are not eligible for return.   
 

Clearance & Sale Items – Products purchased during sale or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned.
