CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bluebizz Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you might need to cancel an order. Our goal is to make the cancellation process simple and stress-free, giving you the confidence to shop with ease.    

When Can You Cancel?   
 

We work hard to process and ship orders quickly so you can enjoy your fashion finds as soon as possible. However, cancellations are allowed only before your order is packed or dispatched. Once the preparation for shipment begins, we won’t be able to accommodate cancellation requests.    

Exceptions to the Policy:   
 

Custom & Personalized Items: Orders that are tailored or custom-made cannot be canceled once production has started.  

Sale & Promotional Orders: Some discounted or promotional items may have unique cancellation rules, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.  

To check if your order is still eligible for cancellation, log into your account or get in touch with our support team right away. The sooner you act, the better the chances of successfully canceling your order.    
 

How to Cancel Your Order   
 

Canceling your order is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:   
 

• Log into your account on Crimsonblossom.  
• Go to the ‘Order History’ section.  
• Select the order you want to cancel.  

Click on ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the steps provided.  

If you face any issues during this process, our support team is here to help. Please remember that cancellations can only be made before your order is packed or shipped.    

Refund for Canceled Orders   
 

Once your cancellation request is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider, but typically, it should be completed within a few business days.
